Click aquí para registrarte ...te llevará menos de un minuto!] e´ ma o meno lo mismo que un trackback, desde un punto de vista tecnico, pero es muy diferente, pero esas diferencias no son relevantes para ustedes, la gente común. Tonce´s como distinguir un pingback de un trackback en tu uso diario? Facil pavote... pingback requiere un link del sitio original del post hacia el sitio receptor con el texto que hace referencia al sitio receptor  . Actualmente el pingback esta equipado con una plataforma psiquica que chekea (mentalmente) si el link existe en orden para completar el proceso del "acknowledgment" del sitio originario. 
Me aburrí.

So, what distinguishes a Pingback from a Trackback in our everyday use? Easy... Pingbacks require that the originating site posts a link to the receptor site within the text that references the receptor site. Actually, pingback equipped platforms physically check if such link exists in the originating site in order to complete the acknowledgment process.
These differences give Pingbacks two advantages over Trackbacks: - Pingbacks do not require the you to enter a 'Trackback' URL when composing the message (Posting a link within your message is good enough). This is by far the easiest method, since you don't have to think about it or do anything
- Pingbacks allow you to reference anchors (posts) within threads while Trackbacks can only reference threads as a whole.
